iOS 4 Jailbreak For All iPhone Versions Is Ready
Today I asked a friend of mine if he loaded his iPhone 2G up with iOS yet. He responded that a valid iOS 4.0 jailbreaking technique for iPhone2G was yet to be released. Good news for him and for all other iPhone owners, that the Dev Team has finally prepared a working iOS jailbreaking method for all iPhone versions.
The Dev Team is highly popular amongst iPhone users for their working jailbreaking techniques. Theirs are found to be the most reliable jailbreaking solutions. Reportedly they had jailbroken iPhone 4.0 before it was even officially available for all iPhone sets.
So when will we get to see this jailbreak?
Now that they have one jailbreak method prepared for all iPhone versions, it would be best to keep it to themselves until the next iOS update rolls out. iOS 4.0 is going to see an update very soon which will include a newer signals bars calculation formula which will hopefully remedy the antenna / reception issue faced by iPhone 4 users. If a jailbreak method is revealed now, Apple will introduce patches in the update that will render the current jailbreak useless.
Thus it is fair to assume this all-device jailbreak will follow as soon as the firmware update has been released for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS and iPhone 3G.
