How To Update AppSync To Version 4.0 On iPhone

If you are an avid reader at Techcityinc, you might be aware that in a recent blog entry, I wrote about the release of Redsn0w 0.9.5 Beta 5, and now I have another great news for iPhone users who have already jailbroken their devices. AppSync, the utility which helps users to install the unofficial and cracked apps and games in their iPhone has just released its latest version, AppSync 4.0 for the latest iPhone OS, the iOS 4. The AppSync 4.0 can now be used to install cracked apps in your iPhone with iOS4 firmware.

The installation of cracked apps using AppSync 4.0 is a simple few step process which can be done after you’ve jailbroken your iPhone or iPod Touch. The steps to use AppSync 4.0 to install cracked apps are as follows:

Start Cydia on your iPhone.
Select the Manage tab on the bottom of the screen
Tap the “Sources” link
Touch on the Edit button, and then on Add. You should now be prompted to enter a URL source as seen in the screenshot below. Type http://cydia.hackulo.us and tap on Add Source. Cydia will now automatically update the sources by following a series of automated steps.

After installation is completed, search for AppSync for OS 4.0 in Cydia and install this application. This app will automatically patch mobile installation file on your iPhone or iPod Touch running iOS 4.
