BlackBerry Bold 9650 Now Available On Verizon Wireless Website
Research In Motion’s (RIM) BlackBerry line of smartphones are currently world’s most famous mobile e-mail supported devices. BlackBerry commands a 20.8% share of worldwide smartphone sales, making it the second most popular platform after Nokia’s Symbian OS. Since the first BlackBerry was released in 1999, several models and model series have been launched for the consumer market. The newest member of the BlackBerry Bold series, the BlackBerry Bold 9650 was made available for purchase today on Verizon Wireless’ website. The device is retailed at $509 direct.

However, Verizon Wireless USA also offers the Bold 9650 for as low as $149.99 in a rebate offer which also includes signing up for Verizon’s service for two years. This is surely an appealing offer as the same offer which is available in Canada forces user to sign up for a three year contract instead of two. The BalckBerry 9650 is RIM’s newest flagship smartphones with many new and exciting features. Boasting support for GPS, Wi-Fi and even 3G networks with exceptional battery life, this smart phone is suitable for people who are always on the go. The phone carries ample internal memory and expansion slot for additional, along with standard smartphone features such as touch screen controls, ample amount of RAM for multiple programs to run, HTML browser, e-mail support etc.
The US offer is all but perfect those entrepreneurs which like using their smart devices for strictly professional means, as the version being offered is without camera. Surely, this offer is not targeted towards an average user who has multiple reasons to use the phone’s camera.
