How to Track Product Prices of Multiple Online Shopping Stores
A wise shopper always finds out the prices of an item in more than one shop before buying. This helps the buyer get the least price for the product. The same principle can be applied to online shopping. When you are buying something from Amazon, it is best to first see what prices are being offered at other online shopping stores (like Best Buy and Newegg).
Another great shopping practice is to wait for the price of a product to go down before purchasing it. This can be done by monitoring the price charts of a product. So in order to get the lowest price of a product on online stores, you will need to check its price charts over multiple online shopping networks.
Camelizer does exactly that therefore is the online shopper’s dream tool.
Camelizer is browser extension for Chrome which adds price charts to whatever product page we have open. Prices from other stores are found and included in the chart. This saves us the hours it would take for us create such a price chart ourselves. The supported shopping websites include Amazon, BestBuy, Newegg, Backcountry, Overstock, and zZounds. The sites which help generate the charts are CamelCamelCamel, CamelBuy, and CamelEgg.
Installing Camelizer places no extra icon in the address bar and keeps Chrome clutter free. All we have to do is open up any product page on a supported site and the toggle-able price chart is presented to us within the webpage.

Camelizer also places a “Track Product” button on the product pages so that you can create a price watch on our site. These are used to receive alerts when prices drop on products you want, and you can receive these alerts via email, Twitter, and RSS feed.
In conclusion, this unobtrusive extension works well and serves it purpose brilliantly; it is surely to benefit everybody who shops online.
