Keep your Firefox Plugins Up to date with Plugin Check

The Firefox experience is simply incomplete with all the important plug-ins offered for the browser. However, with the increasing number of plug-ins and add-ons available for Firefox, it becomes difficult to check each installed plug-in for updates. Mozilla recognizes this difficulty and presents Firefox with the perfect solution.

Mozilla has launched Plugin Check which enables users to see whether or not the most popular Firefox plug-ins are up to date.

The way Plugin Check works could not be any simpler; you simply visit the Plugin Check website from your Firefox browser, and you are presented with a list of plug-ins that are up to date, and the ones that are not. My results looked like this:

Apart from the popular plug-ins, you can click on the ‘View All Your Plug-ins’ option to check for updates for all your plug-ins.

Introducing this service, Mozilla has further facilitated the users of its most successful web browser, Firefox.
