Control your Incoming Calls Online with Google Voice
Stumble it!Google has recently announced a new feature that allows you to register for a free account and get your own Google phone number. Once done you will be able to receive all your calls on this specific number. From here whenever your expecting a call you will be able to decide where it should ring e.g Home, Office or Cell phone.
One of the best features I liked about Google Voice is that it actually takes your offline messages/voice mails and notifies your via email. To make it much more interesting you can even listen/read these messages within your Gmail inbox.
Google Voice is a service that gives you one number for all your phones, voicemail that is easy as email, and many enhanced calling features like call blocking and screening, voicemail transcripts, call conferencing, international calls, and more.
Also, the service is expected to be available for new users in a matter of weeks, and Google is focused on opening it as soon as possible. As of now Google Voice is currently available for GrandCentral users only but you can always leave your email address here so that Google can notify you whenever the service becomes available in your area.
