Create a font from your own handwriting
I earlier reviewed a web service that allows you to create a font out of your own handwriting. Today, I have discovered one more that does the same job of creating a font from your very own handwriting.
The interesting part is that you don’t have to download any software to get started. All you need is a printer and scanner. So what you have to do is simply full in the font template, scan it and upload it to FontCapture and later download your completed font. Once you’re done with the whole process you can use your font on both Mac and Windows computers.

Note that if you are on Windows, you will need to browse to your fonts folder which are usually located at C:\Windows\Fonts, and drag-and-drop your font file to the Fonts folder while Mac users can simply double click on the font and click “Install font” in the window that appears.
