How to Detect and Remove Hidden Trojans/Rootkits in Windows 7
Stumble it!After being recently infected by a rootkit I went through many sites trying to figure out what exactly it was, in the end it came down to a collection of one or more pieces of software designed to hide unwanted access to your computer. The access could be allowed through a running process, a file, network port and even through a windows registry key. The point is to let some unauthorized person maintain control of your computer, while hiding their own presence.

Most of us are definitely using Antivirus programs to get rid of these malwares but Rootkits lie hidden on computers and remain undetected by anti-virus software.
