Free Tv.com Application for iPhone
CBS has introduced a free Tv application for iPhone users. Tv.com allows users to stream CSB content over 3G, Edge networks or Wi-fi. It lets these users watch episodes of Tv serials like Beverly Hills 90210, the L world, the Yong and Restless, the Tudor and more.
Most of the content consists of clips, interviews, and promos, but you’ll also find full episodes of some TV shows such as CSI:Miami, original Star Trek or Late Show with David Letterman. Tv.com iPhone application also features the shows from CNet, Showtime and CW. Full episodes are availabe in multiple clips instead of a single video which is probably because of the speed issues.
According to Jeff Sellinger, Executive Vice President and General Manager, CBS Mobile, “CBS Mobile is excited to be on Apple’s App Store with our application for TV.com, where TV lives online – and now on iPhone and iPod touch.”
You can get this application from the App Store completely free of charge.
