Spell Checker for Mac
Excalibur is a free of cost application for Mac that works as a spell checker for plain text documents. It spell checks your documents created by any text editor such as BBEdit, Alpha, Emacs or MPW.
In addition to that it also allows you to spell check entire clipboard and becomes a useful spelling checker for mail programs such Eudora and news readers such as NewsWatcher.
The recent version of Excalibur has been released yesterday with a single bug fix that could cause Excalibur to hang when there was a syntax error at the end of a file.
