Squirrel is a Mac OS X personal finance application that allows all users to track and plan their finance with ease and fun. It features a powerful set of tools to allow you to manage your money in a gorgeous interface.
Squirrel allows you to schedule transactions and warn you when one of them is due to be paid. It watches your expenses and earnings using user-defined categories or tags, set allowances and stick to your budget.

In addition to that it checks where your money is going and generates a animated pie charts and also prints and exports PDF files frm your reports.
Recent version of Squirrel has been released yesterday with the following changes/improvements
-
- Set new criteria on reports just like on smart folders: exclude categories, tags…
- When you validate an autocompleted transaction’s description, Squirrel now autocompletes the amount, category and tags.
- Added an option to sort reports and budgets.
- Budgets now reorder without any lag.
- The source list performance has been improved.
- The transaction’s description autocompletion is now case insensitive.
- Better CSV importer compatibility.
- Fixed a bug where the amount calculated from an interest rate was wrong.
- Fixed a bug where resizing the history graph view would freeze the application.
