How to Load Websites with Downtime automatically

For those of you who browse alot on the internet and sometimes try to access a website that might have imporant information for you and does not respond for some reason. Instead of loading it again and again you can leave the tention to Mr Uptime.
Mr Uptime is a Firefox extension that allows you to surf other websites while it keeps trying to reach that website in the background for you. Mr Uptime will notify you when an unavailable website starts to work again.

You can always set a keyword that the website should or should not contain to be considered ok. You can even set how long you want to keep Mr Uptime to keep checking a website. Once it expires it will remove the link from the watchlist.
In addition to that “Notifications” gives you the option to open the website in a new tab when it becomes available or you can always optionally get an alert dialog box to notify yourself when a website is working again.

Key features include
- Status change
- Keywords
- Time to Watch
- Notifications
- Easy to use and Discreet
Mr Uptime has been updated today and it works just fine with Firefox 3 now.
