Fastest way to download Images from the Internet
Stumble it!Downloading pictures from the internet manually has always been a pain in the ass for me. I’ve tried a few software which I thought would at least fasten the whole process but it never helped. I decided to try out a few Firefox add-ons for this and I have to say, I’m pretty much satisfied now.
Here are some of the best Firefox add-ons to help you grab images from the internet.
1. Photobucket
Photobucket has recently introduced their new add-on and it works great. It makes it easy for the users to capture images from the internet. All you have to do it “right click” on any image and click “Upload to Photobucket” and before you know it, you will see that picture in your Photobucket album.
2. Imageshack
Imageshack FireFox add-on does the exact same thing like Photobucket add-on. When you’re browsing the internet there are lots of websites you come across and there are certain pictures that you really like. A good way to collect all these pictures is by installing this add on. Simply Right click on any image and click “Transload Image to Imageshack”. Once done those pictures will be uploaded in your Picture Gallery.
Batch Download allows you to download all images on one page with a click on a button or you can always grab these pictures one by one. Right click on the page and you will get the options (Batch Download, Batch Download All Image and Build Gallery). If you had been looking for an image downloader that can handle web pages with click to open images and to batch save these images then Batch Download is exactly what you need.
For those of you who need to download images from thumbnails, they can try this German software called Bilder Herunterlader . It makes it real easy for you to download all these images without opening them in another window. All you have to do is select thumbnails and drag them to this software and click “Start” and you will get the job done. This really comes in handy for people who run Photo blogs.
