People have discovered various ways to remind themselves of really important tasks which should be done at a specific point of time. For Vista users, they can always use the built-in stickies for remembering things.

To enable stickies in Vista, bring up the add-on Gadget using (Win+Space) key combination. Right click anywhere on the sidebar and click “Add Gadgets”.

From here, simply right click “Notes” and Add.

Xp users may not have this built-in feature but they have lots of other options. They have either download Stickies for Windows or they can always use Stickyscreen.org.

With Stickyscreen, all you have to do is enter your text and save this website as your default homepage so that whenever you open up your browser you will first see the sticky message bang in the middle of the screen.
