Netvibes, igoogle and myyahoo tops my list for the ajax based sites. They are just super cool man.

Those are really cool! I like Ajax-based websites. However, the only drawback is that it is quite bandwidth-hungry. So, ensure you have the bandwidth to support; otherwise it can easily bring down the site…
