First ever USB PC Monitor introduced by Mitsubishi

Mitsubishi claims that it’s LCD can deliver a better energy consumption level, when compared with traditional LCD monitors currently available on the market. Not just that the RDT210WDL can also decrease energy use by up to 36 percent.

Sounds promising. But given the battery size off of a netbook, how long will one have with this plugged in.

How much power does it consume. And is it drawing all the power from the USB?

I don’t think a monitor of that size is going to be running off USB power. It most definitely has its own power supply.

or simpyle a two usb connections. that would be enough to power it and keep it on
