SimplifyMedia is one of my favorite iPhone applications that allows you to easily share your music library with friends and allow them to access and stream your tracks without leaving their iTunes player. You can now listen to your home library over the internet on your iPhone without much any trouble. Simplify Media offers

Free and Easy to use
Explore friends’ music while they are online.
Play music using iTunes, Winamp or Rhythmbox
It’s safe because only your group can access what you are sharing
You can connect across PC, Mac and Linux desktops and the iPhone and iPod Touch.

Follow these steps and you’re all good to play/access your music

Install Simplify Media Mobile on your Apple iPhone or iPod Touch using the AppTap Installer
Sign in using your Simplify Media screen name and password.
Invite more friends to enjoy more music.

To take advantage of Simplify Media your iPhone or iPod requires firmware 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3 or 1.1.4, the AppTapp Installer and a Simplify Media account.
