Extract Colors Using Tags or out of any Image
Just found yet another online web service that lets you find color palettes created from images. With Color Hunter, you can search for these color palettes using tag,hex color code or the image url. If you have a picture of your own you can always upload it and make your own color palette from that image.
The process is pretty straight forward. When you search for color palettes using tags, Color Hunter searches Flickr.com for images and uses thumbnails from those images to create a color palette. Alternatively when you upload an image and get color palettes based on colors in the image.

The website is totally free to use and allows you to create an optional account so that you can make a list of your favorite color palettes.
