Divide Your Monitors into Regions
Maxto is a free utility for Windows that lets you divide your monitor(s) into regions. Means that whenever you will maximize a window, it will no longer fit the entire screen, but only the region it was maximized into.

This software works on both 32 bit and 64 bit versions of Windows XP and Windows Vista. To run MaxTo .NET framework version 2.0 or higher is required.
