Google Sync for iPhone and Windows Mobile Phone

One of the much anticipated synchronization application for iPhone and Windows Mobile phones is finally here. Google Sync Beta for iPhone, WinMo and SyncML is now added to Google’s services list.
Google Sync is a free and efficient way to allow both Windows Mobile smart devices and iPhone users to synchronize their Google calendar and Gmail contacts using their mobile phones.
Google Sync key features include
Synchronize your contacts. Get your Google contacts quickly and easily to your phone. With Sync, you can have access to your address book at anytime and place that you need it.
Get calendar alerts. Using your phone’s native calendar, you can now access your Google calendar, and be alerted for upcoming appointments with sound or vibration.
Always in sync. Your contacts stay synchronized whether you access them from your phone or from your computer. Add or edit contact information right on your device or on your Google account on the web.
Once you set up Sync on your phone, it will automatically begin synchronizing your contact list and calendar in the background for you while allowing you to attend your other tasks at the same time.
The main advantage of this 2 way service is that it keeps your calendar and contacts always up-to-date, no matter where you are or what you’re doing. Also, since your data is automatically backed up to your Google Account, it’s securely stored even if you lose your phone.
Google Sync will also allow for 2 way contacts synchronization for devices that supports the open SyncML protocol. Blackberry users can also enjoy their version of Google Sync.
